When you hardly know what's wrong and right, 90 hours a week work

Here is what needs to be changed in upcoming times in INDIA.

I started this year with zero motives, and every single day, I move ahead in life, thinking that tomorrow, I will be better and do much more than yesterday.

When discussing whether we need to work 90 hours a week or more, I think if we work 90 hours a week, then there will be hardly any time left of ourselves.

Even though we know we are driven towards more work fatigue daily, what is the point of working even more?

I am a teacher, a software mentor, and a marketer myself, and I see people frustrated by their jobs and unhappy with whatever they do.

I hardly see people who are happy with whatever they are doing; that's why I found the failure of more startups in my country. We know that we have the largest population in the world, so we have to think accordingly.

Because more people mean less work and more productivity, we are hopping on the wrong train instead of that. We think we need to use only a few people and make them work harder. Which I feel is incorrect.

What do I think about the current situation in my country?

I have heard many things lately from top business people such as N. R. Narayana Murthy, founder of Infosys, and Many others. They are saying that we need to work more in India. But when I look at this thing properly, I find that people don't have work. In India, half of the country is unaware of tech, and they hardly know how to utilise it. That's one of the major reasons that India has so much unemployment.

All of this is not my concern; my concern as a part of this country is where we are heading. If I look at things carefully, I find that our youth is being wasted over a lot of things, and hardly many people recognise that thing.

People with degrees are roaming on roads for work, and schools do not have teachers, there are more schools than teachers, so educated people are exploited, and nobody knows where everything is going and why.

I might not be concerned about the many big things because I am not part of it, but I can see that our young generation is totally misguided, and they don't know what we should do because not everyone wants to be part of the government job or lavish private sector job.

Because the nature of jobs in our country is limited and we hardly have options for things we want to do.

Why does India have only a few (types) jobs?

India (Bharat) being a developing nation we are lacking many things.

  • We don't have many business or manufacturing units in our country.
  • We don't have enough startups that are solving our nation's problems.
  • We don't have a proper channelised education that makes students aware of things that will be a part of their future.
  • We are still more focused on producing doctors, engineers, and IAS aspirants than actual problem-solving students.
  • We have traditional jobs that we used to have 70 years ago.

Everything mentioned above is the reason for the country's failures, even though there is one more thing: we don't have proper channels for students.

Students, after getting their education degree in our country, hardly know what kind of jobs they can do and what type of job is suitable for them. Which indirectly affects the productivity of the industries in which they work.

So, many more problems need to be addressed, and we need to resolve all those problems within a specific time limit to gain some traction in industrial development.

Again, this is not my concern; people have to find this out by themselves and resolve these issues by themselves.

I think I will conclude this on here only and I will start working on the next one today.

Here, you can support my work.
