Food and age, I think, go inversely proportional
Here is something new you can read

How should I start this one? I am sure many of you will agree that food and age are inversely proportional.
I have given this a lot of thought, and my body told me that the more I eat, the more gastric it becomes.
It's funny, but when I try remembering my childhood, I am free of my eating habits. I used to eat in a free mode: junk food, street food and normal home-cooked food. All of this food was easily digested, and I used to feel free.
Now that I am 28 years old, I started feeling that my eating habits need to be normalised because the food I eat is creating more gas in my stomach. I would rather not eat outside; I prefer to eat at home but on time because I can't afford inconsistent eating.
How many of you can relate to this? After a certain age,? Our mind and stomach hardly coordinate because your mind tells you the dish you should be eating, and your stomach tells you that it's not in the mood for digestion, so you will not release enough HCL to digest the whole food.
I may or may not be stuck between the mind and the stomach, but I am experiencing the early 30s symptoms already.
I guess the life people show you through screens and other sources is not the life you actually experience on a daily basis.
Your daily life is very much affected by many things, such as physical and mental problems.
It may or may not concern you, but it's the harsh reality that our lives are very much affected by many things as we keep guessing what is wrong in our lives.
So I am stuck between my stomach and my mind, and now I fully understand the main character of the Tarak mehta ka ulta chasma, Jethalal.
After some time, you keep experiencing things similar to "Jethalal's" life.
Today's blog is just about this because I found the solution to this problem. The solution is the Kapia Dai free juice. It's an amazing solution for all digestive problems.
Also, it would be best if you kept both your head and stomach clean.
